Dental Implants

At Eastern Slope Dental

Dental implants are one of the most effective and durable options we offer at Eastern Slope. Many of our patients in Conway and Fryeburg deal with tooth loss as they age naturally, or as a result of trauma or decay. Dental implants are a permanent, non-removable solution for tooth loss, and they integrate with your existing jaw bone.

Implants act as artificial tooth roots, typically made of titanium, which provide a strong foundation for fixed (permanent) or removable replacement teeth.

They are surgically placed into the jawbone, where they fuse with your natural bone in a process called osseointegration. This makes them stable and reliable support for replacement teeth.

One of the benefits of dental implants that our patients appreciate is that they look, feel, and function just like natural teeth. You can eat nearly any food you like and you simply brush your teeth and floss like normal.

Dr. Mulandi won’t need to remove any part of the structure of your teeth before placing them, and your implants will never slip out of place or fall out of your mouth when you laugh, sneeze, or yawn. Your speech will sound just as clear as it would if you still had all of your natural teeth.

We use 3D imaging to precisely determine the location of the implant  during surgery. We only place dental implants utilizing 3D CBCT(Cone Beam Computer Tomography) Guided surgery to ensure accuracy and minimal surgical trauma.

Image acquisition of CBCT, 3 Shape Trios Digital Scan, Virtual treatment planning and 3D printing are all done in-house to ensure quality control and keep it affordable for the patients.
